Above are the magnetic field map, and topographic contoure map made from the final 3 dot sketches. Topographic maps are used to map elevations of different geographical areas, the closer the lines the higher the elevation, the further away the lines are, the lower the elevation. Lines also cannot touch in these maps. Magnetic maps are used in space to show solar winds passing around planets and their moons gravitational pull. Looks like magnets pulling metal shaving toward itself.
